two almost too short angry broken core-tracks with high noiz level and rough cuts. less hectic & chaotic than other cocktail lytique sound outbursts, but still in the right dose to leave behind much of the weeny now-a-days industrial(trance). side A just rocks on a more funny tone, track B is carefully pasted into distorted violence, riot attitude & emotional depths and turns out to be a real killer. two for the dirty basement parties, direct & compact. maybe the last true breakcorenoiz-punk-single ever. side A starts with some emo-melody, the story and just a short shredded punkcore-section making you smile. the ultra-broken noiz massacre that follows on side B teaches you lessons. meet hysteric disappointed girls and organ melodies placed between high speed cuts. dirty breakcore of better (rougher) days, distortion and ... a love story - that's all digital punk ever needed. back to noise! noize creator is an artist, who has had with his uncompromising sound and his own, succinct dynamic a decisive forming influence on the breakcore-scene. quite noticeable is his aim to experiment with untypical sound constellation, like for example the often used classic-samples or the tendency for cricketness. this cd is a retrospective to present this, outside of the breakcore-scene not so well known artist to new listeners.

fierce static, demented voices, distorted noise pulse on one hand, corroded beauty, lonely melodies, brittle fragility on the other. this catharsis sideproject is steeped in images of a starkly contrasting world. the age-old struggle of aggression and poetry has spawned yet another 7inch for listeners to cherish. enough bite to please the power noise crowd and inventive enough to infuse emotion and twisted pop sensibilities and thus lure a more adventurous audience into the boat. since the end of his renowned megaptera-project, negru voda is the only outlet for peter nyström's versatile genius. while the recent 7inch on cmi was a rhythmic attack that went straight for the throat, the new offering on rising german label formosan slowly slither its way through the brain. it sees nyström trying out new ideas, experimenting with gentler but no less powerful modes. a wall of undulating sounds provide a bleak canvas, onto which layers of rattling, droning, creaking noises are applied. much like smell & quim's epic 'jissom killers' album, images of steam-engines coming to a grinding halt are evoked. buy this single, and get an eleven minute sense of loco-motion in return. maddeningly unobtrusive, yet finely wrought and sampled dark ambient sound-tracks which linger in your head long after you turn it off. going from semi-rhythmic dynamics to droning ambience, antizycle’s strength lies in the hypnotic layering and mixing of sparse sources which will only reveal all of their nuances at close listening. antizycle drifts in and out of consciousness with force and skill. the course remains patchy but flowing. you will need to pay attention to fully grasp its scope.
